Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We offer standard and express shipping across the UK. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
